Sorry for the long break after the first part of the trip, was actually busy with some other stuffs. And I was trying hard to recall what had happened on that day, so it took me quite some time to finish this post. Note to self: always blog about it asap :)
Anyway, from the last post we were at ACGT for a nice field trip after the tiring trials, and we just finished visiting the labs. So we went back to the place we first reached to have some coffee and rest. See our Taeyang is enjoying himself making coffee :D
Nicole and Aisya were munching on the muffin while Julia looking at them.
A nice picture of Shuhan and Aishah before we left for the other labs :D
When we were in the lift LOL. Remember we had a shot like this too when we were at Tropicana mall :D
Awesome people in this photo: Farm, Aishah, Shuhan, Ms. B, Julia, me, Quintin, Andrew and Mr. Gaura.
This was when we were waiting for the rest to drive their cars here. Sorry we took this without you guys D:

Confessions of a Shopaholic, ft. Richard Zhai HAHAHAHA this is so gay :P
Confessions of a Shopaholic ft. Aisya. This looks more like some bags maniac LOL.
So after driving for a few minutes we reached our second destination, which is also the last place we had to go before heading back to college. It was raining, and the guys were finding for umbrellas LOL. Come on, even us girls walked in the rain, it’s only a short distance.
Meet HiSeq 2000 :D Sorry I forgot how this works, I think it’s able to calculate the ratio of the nitrogenous bases, and the component of the stuffs in the DNA lol. Someone please tell me if you know :)
This room is actually kept under certain temperature so that the results obtained will not fluctuate. COLD SHIT ==
Went out of the cold room and busy shooting this. This is the electrophoresis where DNA fragments are placed at one side of the agarose gel as stationary phase and different voltage is applied on both ends to create a potential difference. The DNA fragments will move from one side to the other, where mass is inversely proportional to the distance moved. Then we will be able to know the components in the fragments of the DNA :D
So cool right? Btw, this time I didn’t refer any websites or book LOL :P
See? The fragments have moved :D
Had a group photo in the lab :) *looking dead*
And a group photo outside the lab YAY :) Nice lighting.
