It was Christmas ’12, and mum decided to make guo tie (锅贴) :D So we googled the recipe the day before Christmas, so she can go get the ingredients ready in the morning. Since we were on holidays so the brother helped out (I’m surprised he didn’t have any date on that day :O)
My brother, mixing the stuffs together with his hands, after watching the video on how to make guo tie LOL.
‘Playing’ with it ._.
Mum, wrapping up the guo tie.
And the brother was busy making a small tortoise with the dough.
Guo tie of different shapes and sizes, which make me think of poikilocytosis and anisocytosis (fancy name for the presence of different shapes and sizes of erythrocytes)
Frying and boiling the guo tie :Q
Trust me it tasted way better than it looks.
Trying my best to finish all the blog posts asap since sem3 is starting next Monday. Oh yeah btw, I passed first year of med school! 1/5.5 years completed :D
