Dad has a house in Cyberjaya that he rented to a bunch of students a few years ago. Recently (back in June) they’d moved out of the house so dad decided that we go and clean up the house for the next person who wants to rent it.
And look what’s waiting for us ._. Spider webs all over the house, not to mention the lizard shit all over the window sills and the dirty fan with a thick layer of dust.
Piles of dirty clothes and rubbish all over the living and dining room :/ and a dirty barbeque grill.
Kitchen. Washing machine was nowhere to be seen, and the basin is so disgusting, with cups and plates piled up waiting to be washed wtf. I can guarantee none of them has a girlfriend LOL.
Hairs all over the stairs and vulgar notes everywhere.
Since it’s a two-storey apartment, there’s a second living room upstairs. Look at the dust collected on the grill == It’s like they’d never wiped the floor throughout the years.
And they can sleep beside the strands of dust and spider webs. I doubt that they had ever swept the balcony.
Again, rubbish outside the toilet. Look at the fan ohmygod == You can spot condom in the 3rd photo ._. Crappy quotes on the sliding glass door, took quite a long time to rub them off.
The toilet. How can one be able to bathe in such a dirty toilet I can’t understand.
Lesson learnt: Think twice before you rent your house to some students. If I have these kind of housemates that don’t wash their dishes or cups I’m gonna throw all the dirty stuffs away and make them buy new ones again. Lets see if you are that rich to buy so many cups and plates.

It's so different in Aus. Here, the landloard can just come into the house (even if you're not at home) to check on their house, and if it's not kept up neatly or to their liking they have a right to kick you out out not rent the unit to you.
Omg this is really disgusting! Your dad never checked the house like once in a while during their stay? Gosh!
