Grandmothers’ birthday

Back in May, I went back to Penang during the weekends to celebrate my grandmothers’ birthday.  No, I didn’t misplace the apostrophe, both my grandmas share the same birthday month (June, but since we don’t have any holidays in June so we did it early).

So we went to this new restaurant recommended by my aunt – Stone Bay Restaurant @ Jelutong.  For a restaurant in Penang, this restaurant is considered big :O

Do you know what Malaysian Chinese are famous for? NOT BEING PUNCTUAL.  By the time we could start the dinner it was about 8.30pm already.  And everyone was hungry as hell, so I didn’t manage to take picture for most of the food.  You don’t want to starve your little cousins now do you?  Sides, they don’t even bother to wait for you.  Pathetic life of the only photographer in the family

The birthday cake :D This was for my grandmother from my dad’s side.  It’s really huge,  I think the length is about half a meter.

Ok I gotta admit that I have, again, failed my project 365.  I’m just gonna use busy as a reason, cause I really am busy, with studies and working out LOL.  I want my perfect body back :P and to JingXuan who still hasn’t given up, I salute you.  It’s so hard to think of something to snap for everyday, or maybe I’m just not creative enough :/ Anyway, I will still try to snap more photos but it takes time before I will upload it.  Maybe some levitation soon, since the babi Yaksimin is back :D
