Secret

My life is kinda boring.

So everyone’s leaving, sooner or later. I hope the same happens to me too, as leaving for overseas to further my studies has always been my dream. Now that I might have a chance to step out of my comfort zone for the very first time, I don’t want to mess anything up.

There’s always been a reason I don’t want to leave this place, but now that the reason is gone for good, I shall try to treat myself better. Maybe a new life isn’t that bad, but I was too used to the good old life here.

I was such a coward back then.

To stick to the old memories cause I was too afraid to create new ones. Thinking that by holding on I might probably earn something in return. Some things are to be left in the past, occasionally pop up to remind you not to forget about the lesson you’d learned.
